We do not have contracts with any state to process unclaimed property. We are holder advocates and have no interest in contingency fee profits. Our goal is to provide quality escheat services at fair prices. Because of this, you can be assured that if you decide not to use our services, your company will not be flagged for audit by a sister or parent entity.
Abandoned Property Specialists has graduated fee schedules for owner notification and processing. It is our philosophy that complying with mandatory state requirements should not impose undue hardships on businesses. Our fee schedules are continually evaluated for cost effectiveness and fairness.
